We treat our clients with dignity and respect while fostering a spirit of cooperation through our user-friendly, easily accessible attorneys and services.
Our lead attorney and mediator is Laura J. Gabel. She has been an attorney since 1988, graduating from the University of Michigan with a B.A. with honors and earning her J.D. degree (cum laude) from Wayne State University. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Family Law Section SBM, the Family Mediation Council of Michigan, and the Alternative Dispute Resolution SBM.
Laura was certified as a mediator in 2003 and became one of the first Michigan attorneys to earn a Certificate of Completion in ICLE's Family Law Certificate Program in 2008. She concentrates her practice in family law and domestic relations mediation. She is also a past lecturer and instructor on legal areas such as estate planning, probate, and real estate law.
